Wonderful staff, really friendly and helpful especially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its an excellent offer. The receptionist is wonderful, knows great spots to go to for travellers.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff from the reception were available at every hrs. The beds ended up comfortable and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Very nice hotel and good location. Surely will recommend this hotel!

If you are visiting Banyuwangi you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. The atmosphere all around was perfect.

Me and my family stayed at Ketapang Indah Hotel for a few nights for holidays to discovering the city. Ketapang Indah Hotel is located in an extremely central placement, it’s clean and the beds are really comfy! There is just one factor I’d personally propose going ahead and that is to offer more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. However, I was more than happy with this choice and will surely endorse it to any one looking to head to Banyuwangi.
